Shipping & Returns


When you place an order with Little Red Store, we make every attempt to ship your order within 24 hours, or on the next business day.  Once the order is packaged, we always check to see if USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground is the cheapest method of shipping—we will then ship the cheapest/best way.  If we save you money, we initiate a refund through your credit card.

Our shipping charges include costs for boxes and packaging supplies.  Also, please note that it is our policy to insure all shipments over $125.00.  And remember, when the website charges you more than it cost us to ship your order, we'll refund the difference to your credit card.  Little Red Store will never make money on your Shipping costs!

Yes, we are happy to ship Internationally. Once you give us your International order (plus your complete address and phone number) via telephone or E-Mail, we box it up, weigh it and run it through our computer program to get a shipping quote. Then we E-Mail you the total costs and send you a PayPal Money Request for the amount of your order.  Once paid, we ship your order the very next business day. Best of all, we don't charge you any extra money for this service!


Little Red Store is committed to satisfying our customers. If the product you purchased from us arrives damaged or with lost or missing parts, please contact us immediately, with photos of the damage, so we can arrange for replacement merchandise and have the shipper open a damage claim.  Then, we will replace the lost or damaged merchandise as needed.

If you are simply not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 10 calendar days after you receive them. Then, ship them back to us.  When we receive your items, we will inspect them--if the merchandise is in saleable condition, we will initiate a full refund of the original purchase price through your credit card, less any shipping and handling charges. Returned merchandise must be in new, original condition for this refund policy to apply.
